Motorisation - Blinds (pleated, timber venetian, aluminium venetian, roller, roman, woodweeve, lookalike venetian etc.)

Motorisation is avaliable on all most every style of blind. Each supplier have there own motorisation system, but the leading motorisation system is Somfy. See website www.somfy.com.au

Options:

Somfy

1. Individual Control - operates one blind per remote
2. Multiple Control - operate one blind from several remotes ie central unit and hand held remote.
3. Master/Group Control - operate up to 4 x blinds together or seperatly from central unit or hand held remote.
4. Automatic Control - program when you want blinds to open or close each day.
5. Memory/Intelligence - wind, sun, heat sensors tell blinds when to open or close.

Within these options, you can also have wired and wireless options.

Wired - direct wiring between motor, controlller and then to a powerpoint.

Wireless (RTS) - motor connected directly to a powerpoint. (no need for extra wiring)

Motorisation - Curtain Tracks (custom made romans, austrians, sheers, solid, home theatres, etc.)

Curtain tracks are able to be motorised very similarly to blinds. The systems we use are Oslo series 8000 and Silent Gliss. See website www.silentgliss.com.au

Options:

Oslo Series 8000 or Silent Gliss

1. Standard Wall Switch - attached to wall, manually control open, shut and stop functions at any desired position.
2. Radio Remote Receivers/Transmitters - hand held remote control (up to 4 x station or track motors), individually or together.
3. Infra Red Remote Control - Can control 1 to 8 curtain motors with one controller. (has an infra red eye and hand held transmitter)
4. C-Bus - control track operation through cbus, computer or intelligent home system.

Interference-free asynchronous motor
Thermal overload protection.
Multiple stop for home theatres enables electronic setting of intermediate positions.
Individual or connected systems can also be operated from low voltage switches.
Electronic limit setting (with memory to protect against power failure)
Right/left programming: more flexibility when installing multiple systems.
Entire motor hidden behind the curtain.
Additional compact control unit for individual and group operation of the system as well as information display (time, date, temperature etc.) and timer function to set the time for scenarios.
